The arrangement was beatiful, the number of baloons was generous, and the driver was polite. I do have 2 comments. First the delivery was late in the evening but it could have been earlier in the day since she was off work that day...maybe I did not make that clear in the order. Second the flowers smelled like cigerette smoke for 2-3 days after delivery.
